Well, I can tell you that the articles are purged from the system if they're rejected. Our editor sees so many submissions a day, that he couldn't possibly recall the details of why a particular article was rejected. Plus it's not his job. His job is to ensure that only quality articles make it onto the site for customers to view and buy.
It is also up to the writer to find his/her own mistakes. While it may be nice to have someone else do it, the hard reality is that we learn better by doing it ourselves.
