As far as I understand, you pass copyright only when you receive money, or there's a certain agreement. Otherwise, the article remains wholly yours.

As far as I remember, they shouldn't be capitalized in general, nn-specific meaning. NAmes of animals should be capitalized treated from the scientific point of view.

I guess that in such cases, you should inform your clients of such a varient of work, of course, providing 100% of originality of a new piece of writing.

As far as I know, it is extremely useful to put your article aside for at least one hour, so that your eyes will take rest from it. In an hour you'll look at your work "with fresh glance" and all th errors you've made willbe more visible for you.
