Re: Anybody Sell For Usage Rights?
Jak (or anyone else for that matter) Is it advisable to post CC Usage articles on other websites for Revenue Sharing? Is this permissable in CC terms and conditions and would it be counter-productive bearing in mind that google seeks out fresh, unique content? These are not opinions, just questions!...

Re: Anybody Sell For Usage Rights?
I wouldn't be too disappointed! Remember that articles sold for Usage can be sold again and again. I have only written 28 articles on CC but have made 36 Usage sales and only 2 Full Rights. One article sold 6 times another 5 times and another 4. Repeat sales on Usage articles can sometimes be more p...

Re: British English or American English?
That's the theory!
I just had an article rejected and the message was that I should spell "grovelling" as "groveling".
I usually write in British English and "grovelling" is correct but rejected by the editor.
Anyone else experienced similar?
John

Re: Are editors costing this site business?
Why pull teeth with an editor when you can make $25 on other sites for 30 minutes of work (complete process)? You receive payment promptly and articles "sell" instantly.
So where can you make $25 on other sites for 30 minutes work Juliane? Sounds ...

Error in accepted article. How do I correct?
I had an article accepted and on review noticed a grammatical error. (word left in that should have been deleted).
If I want to change this, must I re-submit the article for review again?
Thanks
JC

Re: How to accept offers
Thanks Lysis
My question though - when accepting received offers, is it as simple as going into "Received Offers" and choosing the accept button?
Or is there some other step required?
Just want to make sure I responded to the offer correctly.
Thanks

How to accept offers
To accept an offer to purchase your article, is it as simple as going into "Received Offers" and choosing the accept button? I have done this but the article doesn't show as downloaded or as actually sold. Is it perhaps waiting for buyer to confirm? This is my very first article so not sur...

Re: Suspension Policy
Thanks Ed
That sounds fair enough.
I think it takes a little bit of time to become familiar with anything that's new.
Silly mistakes will be more likely at the beginning.

Suspension Policy
This point on the registration agreement ... "if three articles are declined, Constant Content will accept no more submissions of my work" Does this apply only to new writers? I would imagine established writers will have had more than 3 articles rejected at some point. Could the policy al...

Re: Another Question!
Thanks for that niche. I didn't have any links in the original articles. I just got the idea from Ed's comment mentioned above that copying my article from a website would 'bring' embedded links with it. I've checked both articles and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. I think I copied to Word...

Re: Another Question!
I should add ...
Copied to - not written to.
Am I right in saying that if there are embedded links, they would show as clickable if you copied them to Word Processor? or not?

Re: Another Question!
Pardon my ignorance nichewriter. How do you check for embedded links? Will they show in the document or are they hidden from view in some way? One document is.rtf and the other .txt One was written in Wordpad and the other on Notepad. They look OK on the surface but that might mean nothing! Thanks JC
