I'm a loveable grammar nazi, voracious reader and a word tinkerer. I have degrees in English Literature and Psychology and am an experienced online counsellor.
I write about mental health issues, relationships, therapy, sexuality, stigma, diversity, neuroscience and whatever else takes my fancy. I believe in a no-nonsense approach to finding rational solutions to the everyday problems of living.
I'm also a freelance copywriter/content writer expanding my portfolio. I have ghost-written several successful ebooks and write articles, white papers, advertisements and more. I've been working on a final draft of a science fiction novel which gets a new character every time I look at it. I live in sunny South Africa and love hiking, homemade pesto, and good, raucous conversation.
